If you do not have a Paypal Account setting one up is quick, free and easy, and all you will need is a current, verifiable email address. PayPal is the worlds most used method for making payments over the internet.

If you have never used PayPal, we strongly recommend you sign-up and begin using it. It is an extremely secure and flexible way to make payments over the internet and lets you pay by Credit Card or via your chosen linked Bank Account, without ever having to enter any credit card details again.

No, you don't. Paypal accepts all Major Credit Cards, and will Process your Credit Card Payment, conveniently transferring it to our Sassaby Paypal Account. All you need is a valid email address.

No, using Paypal costs you nothing. You are only required to pay your shopping cart total.

The Sassaby Digital PDF File(s) you purchase will be available to you on your Payment Confirmation Page, as well as sent to you via encrypted links to your Paypal email address, immediately after payment is received.

The Download links in your Product Download email are valid for a time period of 21 Days with a limit of two (3) attempts to download each link {whichever is used first}.

Please check that any Virus Scanners or Firewalls are switched off as they may block your files from downloading to your computer. 

If you have not received your Download Email to your Inbox, please check your Junk Mail folder, as encrypted link emails can be filtered as Spam by mistake.

If you have not received your Sassaby Download Email to your inbox please check the following:

1. Your email will be sent to your Paypal Email Address, so please make sure you are checking the correct email.
2. Download Link Emails can be filtered as Spam by Mistake, therefore please check your Junk Mail folder.

If you still do not have your Download email, you can Log in to your Sassaby Member Account and click on the 'Purchase History' button. You will then see a list of your previously purchased items, where you can 'Generate Download Links' which allows you do Download your item(s).

Your Sassaby Download Links are valid for Three (3) Clicks or 21 Days, whichever is used first.

If you have received either of these messages, you can Log in to your Sassaby Member Account and click on the 'Purchase History' button.

No, each Sassaby file is in excess of 20mB which is too large to be emailed. 

If you have already Downloaded & Saved your Sassaby Digital Files as recommended, you can save your file(s) to a USB Flash Drive and transfer to another computer.

A second option would be to re-download your files to the second computer via your Sassaby Member Account using the 'Generate Links' tool in the 'Purchase History' page.

All Sassaby Digital files can be edited using Adobe Acrobat Reader XI with either a Mac or PC Computer.

Fonts, colours and text sizes are all embedded in the file(s), in the highlighted text areas provided.

As you can see in the above example, the file will contain 'dummy text'.

To Edit, you simply click on the 'Sign' button, place your cursor within the blue highlighted 'dummy text' field, and change the text/wording as desired. To save, select the SAVE Option from the File Menu.

Yes. Both PC and Mac Users can use Adobe Acrobat Reader XI to Edit and Save Files. 

Earlier versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader do not have this option.

You can upload your files online via your own secure account, select your printing options and your completed printables will be posted to you.

Yes. Please download the Copyright Release Form (Editable PDF Version) or (Word Doc Version), and fill in the required fields (Date & Your Name).

Present this form to your Printer when you take your digital files to be printed. It is a legal document providing you with full permission to print as many copies as you need and allowing you to use the Sassaby Digital Files for your  own Personal Use.

No, once you have purchased your digital file, you have the printing rights, and you may print as many copies as you like.

All Sassaby digital files are formatted on A4 size paper (210mm x 297mm).

For invitations, cards, and labels we recommend that you use a bright white, thick paper from 120gsm and upwards, which will give you a premium quality finish.

Loot bags and envelopes can be printed on regular paper (80gsm).

Embedded fonts will not show up in earlier versions of this software, Mac Preview or Photoshop. Simply clicking 'Check for Updates' in your current software is not enough. You must ensure you have the correct version (Version 11) of the Adobe Software as stated above.

If you wish to email your downloaded Sassaby PDF Files to your home/office computer and are running into difficulty this is because each PDF file is in excess of 20mb. This is why we use the Download Link method when delivering your files. 

Your options, therefore, are to copy your file(s) to a USB Flash drive or CD ROM or you can upload the files yourself to an online service such as Scribd (www.scribd.com) where you create a secure account, and can then download the files to another computer.

No, we cannot create Printables that feature any Disney®, Nintendo®, or any other Copyrighted images or material. All Sassaby Designs are original and we will not, under any circumstances create a design using these types of copyrighted images.
